Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • UK: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

Items purchased on a pre-order basis will only be dispatched once the product has arrived with us and has been fully processed and ready for shipment.

Estimated shipping dates provided for pre-order items are approximate and may be subject to change. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including supplier or distributor timelines, manufacturing delays, or shipping disruptions.

In some cases, distributors may impose strict release dates that prevent us from dispatching items before a specified date. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that your order will not be shipped until such restrictions are lifted.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you would prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control. These may include courier delays, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched. However, we will always do our best to assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues with the courier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch (UK) or 15 business days (international), please contact us at sales@silverwing.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
